I would like to confirm how delighted I am with your very user-friendly website, and extremely good value cover. Having been a member of the RAC Breakdown service for more years than I care to remember, I have cancelled my membership due to the escalating costs, and also the fact that when I needed to call them out a few weeks ago (a flat tyre, nothing mechanical) I was in a telephone queue for over 30 minutes before I got bored and sorted out the problem myself by calling a local tyre service. I trust I won't have to call on your breakdown service, but if I do, and it is even half as efficient as setting up the policy, I will be delighted.

I found the website easy to use once I found it. However, I had never heard of QDOS before so I'm glad I found it about halfway down the page after googling European breakdown cover. Price and cover provided appear very good so if I do ever need to make a claim I hope the service is as good as the customer reviews suggest. Hopefully I'll not need to use it!

Did need to ring up and speak to advisor regarding the policy. Wanted to be reassured that the bike and rider would be returned to home in UK if there was a problem with bike for free. Many insurers advised me that cheap policies had hidden exclusions, so I was pleased to find this was not the case with the company I choose.
